mtv Friday Livestream

MTV’s Friday Livestream, launched during the COVID lockdown, is a weekly 24-hour interactive music event that blends classic hits with current tracks. Hosted by Kevan Kenney, the show engages fans worldwide, allowing them to request songs and interact through live chats and social media. The 'Request Room' offers a VIP experience for selected fans via Zoom, including trivia, giveaways, and live interactions. It has also served as a platform for emerging artists like 24KGoldn and BTS, providing exposure and fostering a vibrant global music community.

As the Senior Animator and supervising all graphics for the show, I was responsible for creating and managing all visual elements, ensuring a cohesive and engaging viewer experience. The show has achieved impressive reach, attracting 80% of its audience from outside the U.S., accumulating 40 million watch minutes, and gaining 106k new YouTube subscribers. It has also served as a platform for emerging artists, providing them with valuable exposure and fostering a vibrant global music community.
